I got a Vortex Crossfire II before returning it and getting this. Both are awesome. Crossfire is more affordable but has only 1-4x zoom and doesn’t come with a throw lever like the Burris does. The RT-6 also has an off slot in between each illumination setting, better than the Vortex, so you can keep it right next to whichever setting you prefer without moving it all the way back down (or up, whichever is closer) each time. Also, Burris is a little bit better known for quality and durability. I only wish this crosshairs were across the whole reticle the way the Vortex is. Also, I seem to have accidentally left the illumination on for a few weeks, and the battery died. So it has a very short life, far less than a red dot would have, it seems.

Very well made scope! I have this mounted on an M1A. It is holding up to the recoil no problem. The illumination is nice and daylight bright. The reticle itself is very well thought out and easy to pick up. Burris warranty is top notch as well. Clicks are audible and tactile. Great all around scope the won’t break the bank.

I was wanting to upgrade the Vortex crossfire lpvo on my AR platform and after about a month of research, I decided to get this scope. All I can say is WOW….. For the price range, you’re not gonna get anything better, absolutely this scope. Plus, their warranty is second to none!!

Everything about this scope is better than my old Vortex Strike Eagle. That’s all I was after so I’m super happy with it lol

I have these on 3 of my ar platforms. From 556 to 458 socom. Hold tight especially with that mount that comes with the other option. I will always use these. For the money you can’t beat these scopes

This thing is fantastic. It solved my accuracy problems with my AR15! And it’s daylight bright!

I’ve been through a lot of low and mid budget scopes. I’n not one of those guys that can spend 400+ let alone $1000+ on an optic. I know you get what you pay for but while I could afford it, I just can’t get myself to do it. That said, for $350.00, I think this is the best scope I’ve ever owned. Great reticle, clear glass, electronics work as they should with the reticle. I like the off positions between each setting. I love the reticle, just what you need as joe average defensive shooter, nothing you don’t and very visible at all settings. Been going back and forth between 1st and 2nd focal plane and while I’ve studied the pro/cons of each, I think overall I like seeing the reticle at all times easily so it appears 2nd is my best way to go. REALLY THOUGH BURRIS, $350.00 and you couldn’t squeeze in some lens covers? I gave this 4 stars for value because I think that while its very nice, I believe it’s made in China and I think Burris could do a bit better pricewise. I don’t think with the millions of scopes made in China that this one is of a quality or labor intensity that justifies the price. That said, I’d buy this one again as for the money, this has been the best I can find in all respects. Probably paying for the Lifetime Warranty which I hope not to need and if so, I hope Burris puts there word behind their written warranty.

True one power. I’d give this 10 stars if I could

The quality is great, the glass clarity is great, and the reticle is okay. I like the horseshoe design of the reticle but it is sort of small, I understand that this is an LPVO but still I feel as though the reticle is sort of hard to see. The illumination on the reticle is really good seems perfect for daytime and nighttime.

My second burris scope. Made in USA. As good and clear as any scope I’ve ever looked thru. Even much more expensive brands. Very clear and bright. Love them both
